Russia's airport passenger traffic up 13 percent to 112.4 mln in 2011

The passenger traffic at Russia's airports rose 12.9% to 112.4 million people in 2011, the Federal Air Transport Agency said Friday. International passenger traffic rose 14.9% to 46.9 million people, while domestic passenger traffic increased 11.5% to 65.4 million people. Cargo and mail traffic through Russian airports rose 25.2% to slightly over 1 million tonnes.
