Saco, ME – Xuron Corp. has been recognized by the NIST Hollings Manufacturing Extension Partnership for “Making it in America” and developing innovative products, reaching exciting markets, and hiring America’s best workforce. Founded in 1971, Xuron manufactures over 100 different precision wire cutters and strippers, pliers, and other ergonomic tools for the electronics, plastics, craft, hobby, floral, jewelry, and fishing industries.

Xuron Corp. is the original inventor and patent holder of the Micro-Shear® flush cutter which creates smooth, clean cuts without compression.
