Gulfstream Names Aubry Mayse Director of Planning and Distribution for Product Support Materials
SAVANNAH, Ga., December 9, 2011 — Gulfstream Aerospace Corp. has appointed 23-year company veteran Aubry Mayse as director of Planning and Distribution for Product Support Materials. Mayse reports to Derek Zimmerman, vice president, Product Support Materials.
In his new position, Mayse is responsible for enterprise planning, distribution, asset control and warehousing for Gulfstream Product Support parts and inventory. Worldwide, Gulfstream has more than $1.2 billion worth of parts and materials available through 16 distribution centers.
Mayse has been a Gulfstream employee since 1988. Before taking on his most recent role, he was senior manager, Planning and Distribution for Product Support Materials, for three years. His major duties included managing the distribution of Gulfstream parts to warehouses in Europe, South America, Asia and the Middle East.
Mayse’s other positions at Gulfstream include manager, Materials; manager, Operations; and senior engineer, Manufacturing. He started his Gulfstream career as a parts fabricator in Oklahoma City, Okla.
Mayse is a summa cum laude graduate of Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, where he majored in technical management.
