P.J. Maher has joined Sharp Details as Operations Manager, a newly created position.
"As our company has grown, the need for an operations manager has become more acute,"commented Sharp Details President and CEO Jim Garland. "P. J.'s responsibilities will include working with me and all of our base managers to continue to recruit the best employees that we can at all our locations, and manage those employees. He will also help refine and streamline our cleaning and communications processes, which will allow us to continue to grow and more effectively meet customer demand, especially at our White Plains (HPN) and Washington Dulles (IAD) locations."
Maher has a diverse background in operations. He worked for UPS in an operations capacity for many years and has additional work experience that deals directly with manual labor and the type of workforce Sharp Details recruits and trains.
