Penauille Servisair and Nordic Aero Announce Strategic Cooperation

Penauille Servisair, the Global Aviation Ground Services Company, and Nordic Aero are pleased to announce today the signing of a Network Partner Agreement.

As of January 1, 2007, Penauille Servisair will transfer all Ground Handling Services in Copenhagen, with the exception of the Penauille Servisair Executive Lounge offering, to its new Network Partner Nordic Aero, a service company dedicated to serving the Aviation Industry, primarily in the Nordic countries.

The new agreement will enable Penauille Servisair to market an expanded network of stations and to offer Ground Handling Services to its global airline Customers both in Stockholm and Gothenburg airports through Nordic Aero.

As part of the agreement, Nordic Aero will benefit from being able to offer Ground Handling Services to its Scandinavian airline Customers at Helsinki and Oslo Airports through Penauille Servisair.

This network partner agreement strengthens both companies’ positions in the Scandinavian and Nordic markets. Customer airlines will benefit from the ability to contract with a single ground-handling supplier at a wider number of locations around the globe.
