Dion Flannery Named President, US Airways Express

US Airways (NYSE: LCC) has announced that it has appointed Dion Flannery as president of US Airways Express.

Flannery replaces Robert Martens, who is retiring from the airline. He will report to chief operating officer Robert Isom.

The airline said that, in his new role, Flannery will be responsible for oversight of US Airways' wholly owned regional carriers, Piedmont and PSA Airlines, as well as the seven regional affiliates that currently operate as US Airways Express.

Flannery is currently the airline's vice president of financial analysis.
