Gulf Air and Goldair Handling signed a long-term agreement for the provision of ground handling services in Greece. The agreement refers to ramp, passenger and cargo services for Gulf Air flights. Gulf Air operates a daily flight on BAH-ATH-BAH route.

Following another successful season, SAS Scandinavian Airlines awarded ATH and Goldair Handling as the most excellent station within the international areas in Q2 of 2008, based on aircraft handling, punctuality, baggage handling quality and passenger services.

Goldair Handling, with 910 employees and total investments of 40 million Euros in facilities and equipment, is the first company in Greece which received license for the provision of passenger and full aircraft handling services. It currently operates at five major Greek airports: Athens (ATH), Thessaloniki (SKG), Heraklion (HER), Corfu (CFU) and Rhodes (RHO).

Also through 'LGS Handling' joint venture, Goldair Handling expanded its operation to Larnaca (LCA) and Paphos (PFO), Cyprus, getting a license for the provision of full handling services, since June 2008.
