ASIG Names Chief Financial Officer

Sami Teittinen has been appointed CFO of the aviation services company.

Orlando — ASIG®, an industry leader in aviation services, announced that Sami Teittinen has been named chief financial officer of ASIG. His appointment is effective Dec. 1, 2008.

Teittinen joined ASIG in 2002 and most recently served as vice president, finance. He has held several positions in ASIG’s finance department and has a thorough understanding of the company’s North American and international business operations and their financial activities. He has played key roles in major new business investments, several acquisitions and company infrastructure reinvestment. Prior to joining ASIG, he worked for Baldwin & Cole, CPA and for Finnair in his native Finland. He graduated from the University of Central Florida with a M.S. in business administration and a B.A. in finance and accounting.

Commenting on the appointment, Keith P.
