DatcoMedia Launches Web Version of GSE Inventory Software

A partnership with NAPA has developed a GSE software application to help organize customer's needs.

Reno, Nev., Jan. 15, 2009 — DatcoMedia announced an agreement with Southwest Airlines, Delta Airlines and Northwest Airlines to launch a Web version of its GSE Express program for all GSE locations. A partnership with NAPA has developed a new ground support equipment software application to help organize all Southwest Airlines', Delta Airlines' and Northwest Airlines' GSE needs. DatcoMedia’s leadership position in the aviation software community has led to using Microsoft® .NET technology to automate the daily routines for the GSE department of for all airline company needs.

The inaugural commitment between DatcoMedia and Southwest Airlines has developed and is now used by Delta, Northwest Airlines with American Airlines running demos of the system as of January 2009. “EBis Gse Express” is a complete program that will have inventory control, tools, work orders, purchase orders, and equipment job tracking online manuals, and an online integrated NAPA parts ordering system that will lower cost of inventory.
