Orlando, FL, April 30, 2009 — JBT AeroTech recently received an order from Aircraft Services International Group (ASIG) for Tempest XR, extended reach deicers for servicing the new Airbus A380 aircraft at New York JFK International Airport. The Tempest with the XR boom does not require outriggers and provides the most efficient solution for deicing the A380. When not extended, the XR boom operates with the same characteristics as the standard Tempest boom.
