Busch Named Chairman of NATA Environmental Committee

Alexandria, VA, December 10, 2009 - The National Air Transportation Association (NATA) is pleased to announce that it has named Avfuel Corporation Vice President of Supply and Business Development Owen Busch as chairman of the NATA Environmental Committee.

"We are excited that Owen will be assuming the role of chairman for NATA's Environmental Committee" said NATA Director of Regulatory Affairs Michael France. "Owen brings a great amount of industry experience and leadership to the chairmanship."

Busch currently oversees Avfuel Corporation's global supply chain supporting a network of over 600 branded aviation fuel dealers and hundreds of additional fuel locations accessible to general and commercial operators worldwide.

In the past, Busch managed business development for Signature Flight Support, the world's largest FBO operator. During his tenure with Signature, Busch successfully directed FBO acquisitions and held numerous other marketing and operational support responsibilities. Busch's prior experience has also included airport operations with the Greater Orlando Aviation Authority (GOAA) at Orlando International Airport.

Busch holds a Bachelor of Science in Aviation Business Administration from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University in Daytona Beach, Florida, and a Masters of Business Administration from the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor, Michigan. He is currently based at Avfuel's corporate headquarters in Michigan.

"Under Owen's leadership, we expect that the environmental committee will continue to provide direction to the association on environmental affairs, including finding innovative ways for our members to be industry leaders in environmental responsibility," said France.

Member-based committees play an important role in achieving an effective and progressive NATA and are a vital part of the association's operations. The NATA's Environmental Committee, of which Busch has been a member, is tasked with developing programs designed to assist member companies in minimizing their impact on the environment.
