Northwest Claims Operations Running Normally Since Strike Start

Union leaders dispute the claim stating that Northwest canceled 54 flights on Sunday.


Northwest stock jumped 25 cents, or 4.7 percent, to $5.63 in morning trading on the Nasdaq Stock Market on the first day of trading since the strike began. Its shares have traded in a range of $3.77 to $11.83 over the past 52 weeks.
