North American Airlines Offers Additional Non-Stop Holiday Flights FromNew York JFK

North American Airlines is offering six additional non-stop flights between New York's John F. KennedyInternational Airport and Ghana.

JAMAICA, N.Y., Sept. 6 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- North American Airlines,a wholly owned subsidiary of World Air Holdings, Inc. (Nasdaq: WLDA), isoffering six additional non-stop flights between New York's John F. KennedyInternational Airport and Accra, Ghana, for the holiday season, Dec. 15, 2005through Jan 12, 2006.

"We are adding these flights to meet the high travel demand during theholiday season," said Rob Binns, chief marketing officer of World AirHoldings, Inc. "They will supplement the popular weekly non-stop service weinaugurated in July, which offers the only non-stop flights between New Yorkand Ghana."

The seasonal flights are scheduled to depart JFK on Dec. 15, 19, 21, andJan. 5, 9 and 11, and depart Accra on Dec. 16, 20, 22, and Jan. 6, 10 and 12.All service will be aboard North American's wide-body Boeing 767 aircraft.
