Continuing a string of first-in-the-air launches of Coca-Cola products, no-frills discounter AirTran Airways last week became the first US airline to offer Black Cherry Vanilla Coke on flights, including non-stops from Boston to Atlanta, Baltimore, and Newport News.
AirTran, which has long been chummy with its Atlanta corporate neighbor, offers 13 Coke drinks on board and previously was first in flight with Coca-Cola Zero, Coke with Lime, and Dasani water.
