GA Airport's $32 Million Plan May Lure Corporate Jets
The airport is a strategic piece in the fast-growing county's economic development plan.
"They can now use our airport to fly farther," Von Hagel said.
BUILDING A BETTER AIRPORT
* The runway will grow from 3,414 to 5,000 feet, which can accommodate corporate jets.
* More hangars will be built, increasing capacity to 300 planes from the current 100 or so.
* The county hopes the result is more businesses --- and hence more jobs --- will be attracted to the area around the airport.
