SkyWest Reports Increased Third Quarter Earnings
SkyWest has reported a 35% increase in third quarter earnings due to higher passenger revenue.

SkyWest, a regional carrier for United Airlines and Delta Air Lines, has reported a 35% increase in third quarter earnings due to higher passenger revenue.
The carrier said that its net profit in the quarter increased to USD40m, as compared to USD30.1m for the same period last year. According to Reuters, revenue increased by 59% to USD791.8m due to higher capacity and increased reimbursements from airline partners to cover higher fuel costs.
