Delta Air Lines Flight 717 to Cincinnati was cancelled Dec. 19 after a cleaning crew found a man sitting aboard the Boeing 737.

Airport spokeswoman Mindy Hamlin said the 32-year-old man was arrested at Raleigh-Durham International Airport. He faces a federal charge of accessing an aircraft without permission, and has also been charged with trespassing and illegal possession of a prescription drug.
