Airports in Mexico reopened by ASUR

Mexican airport group and the operator of Cancun International Airport Grupo Aeroportuario del Sureste S.A.B. de C.V. (NYSE: ASR) (BMV: ASUR) (ASUR) has announced that, as Hurricane Dean is leaving the Yucatan Peninsula, the Cozumel, Cancun and Merida airports have resumed operations.
The Cancun and Cozumel airports were closed on Monday (20 August) when Hurricane Dean reached the Yucatan Peninsula and the Merida airport was also closed on Tuesday (22 August).
The company said that, to its knowledge, there is no damage to the airports' infrastructures.
Reports on flights cancelled as a result of the hurricane will be announced by the company at a later time.
