NetJets Aviation Names Gary E. Hart as SVP of Flight Operations

NetJets Aviation announced that Gary E. Hart has been named senior vice president of flight operations.

Hart most recently served as vice president of flight operations/director of operations of NetJets Aviation.

"Gary has a wealth of experience in business aviation and has contributed significantly to our team," said Jim Christiansen, president of NetJets Aviation. "He has shown leadership in our flight operations team and is well respected within the industry for his past work at the National Air Transportation Association."

Prior to coming to NetJets in 2004, art held senior positions at a number of business aviation companies. He served as president of Raytheon Travel Air, a fractional ownership company located in Wichita, Kansas. Previously he was vice president of operations for FlexJet. Hart also held positions at AMR Combs Worldwide Air Charter (a subsidiary of American Airlines) and Martin Aviation.

Hart is a past Air Charter Committee Chairman at the National Air Transportation Association (NATA) as well as a member of the Fractional Ownership Aviation Rulemaking Committee ("FOARC") that developed the FAR Part 91K under which NetJets operates.

NetJets Aviation is a subsidiary of NetJets Inc. The operations center is located in Columbus, Ohio. All aircraft offered fractionally in the United States, with the exception of the Gulfstream large cabin and BBJ fleets, are operated by NetJets Aviation.
