CAE increases training programs to address 90% of all business aviation aircraft and cover all major OEMs

NBAA, Atlanta , GA, Sept. 24 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ - (NYSE: CGT; TSX: CAE)- CAE has launched an expansion of its global training network by adding 16 new business jet training programs to its operations. With this expansion, CAEwill offer training on 90 percent of all business aviation platforms.

The new training programs address the six largest business jet aircraft manufacturers: Bombardier, Cessna, Dassault Falcon, Embraer, Gulfstream andHawker Beechcraft. The training programs will be located in the United States and in a range of global locations. The new programs will enter service within the next two years.

In addition, CAE announced that its Gulfstream 550 full-flight simulator located at Emirates-CAE Flight Training in Dubai has been certified Ready forTraining; also that its Sikorsky S-76B simulator located at CAE SimuFlite's North East Training Centre has received Federal Aviation Administration (FAA)Level D qualification - the highest qualification for flight simulators.

CAE's product portfolio for the new training programs includes full-flightsimulators (FFSs), as well as the CAE Simfinity(R) product suite consisting oftwo-dimensional (2D) and three-dimensional (3D) training devices.
