Delta Air Lines (NYSE: DAL) has announced that it is to operate a nonstop service between Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport and Stockholm's Arlanda International Airport, effective 3 June 2008.
The new flight, which will run six times weekly between Atlanta and Stockholm, will operate using Boeing 767-300ER aircraft seating up to 214 passengers, featuring Delta's refurbished business and economy class service.
To celebrate the new route Delta is offering a one-way special fare of USD449 from Atlanta to Stockholm, based on a round-trip purchase, for purchase by 8 October 2007, with travel completed by 3 August 2008.
