American Eagle launches new route to Marquette

American Airlines regional affiliate, American Eagle, has announced that it is to offer an introductory round-trip fare of USD98 to celebrate its new nonstop jet service between Milwaukee and Sawyer International Airport in Marquette, Michigan.

The new service is scheduled to commence on 13 December, with a 21-day advance purchase being required for the introductory fare. The promotion is valid for travel 13 December 2007, through 13 February 2008.

Tickets must be purchased by 5 November 2007, the airline said. The service will be operated by American Eagle with one daily round trip between the two cities, using 50-seat Embraer jets. Flights from Milwaukee depart daily, except Saturdays at 20:00, arriving in Marquette at 22:05. Flights from Marquette depart daily, except Saturdays, at 07:15, arriving in Milwaukee at 07:15.
