THOUSAND OAKS, CALIF. -- Baja Fresh Mexican Grill, based here, is working with concessionaire HMSHost Corp. to open streamlined express units of the fast-casual Mexican chain in travel centers.
HMSHost, based in Bethesda, Md., is planning to open the first Baja Fresh Express outlets at Los Angeles International Airport and on the Pennsylvania Turnpike.
