Jacobs Receives Contract From the Federal Aviation Administration

PASADENA , Calif., Oct. 23 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Jacobs EngineeringGroup Inc. (NYSE: JEC) announced today that it received an indefinite deliverycontract from the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) to provideArchitect-Engineer (A&E) support services for its Terminal Program Operationsfacilities.

The contract has a two-year base period of performance, plus option years.If all options are exercised, the period of performance may extend through September 24, 2012 . The contract's estimated ceiling amount is $58 million.

Jacobs will provide A&E services required to update and maintain thestandard design package; conduct facility evaluations and modernizationdesign-build; and provide terminal and facilities engineering support, designand construction support, risk management, and organizational and performancemetrics.
