New flights from New York JFK To London Stansted to be offered by American Airlines

A new nonstop service between New York's John F. Kennedy International Airport (JFK) and London's Stansted Airport (STN) is to be inaugurated by American Airlines (NYSE: AMR), offering seating in both Business and Economy class.
A second daily frequency to the route will also be offered by the airline from April 2008, offering both an early or late evening departure from New York to Stansted and a morning or late afternoon departure from Stansted to New York.
The airline said that the new flights will be operated using a Boeing 767-300 aircraft with 225 seats, with 30 Business Class seats and 195 seats in Economy.
American is scheduled to begin the construction of the American Airlines Business Lounge in Satellite Two at Stansted airport, with completion occurring in Spring 2008.
