(a) Travel must be booked by January 14, 2009 , 11:59 PM MT . For travel between Florida and Nassau , travel must take place between February 1, 2009 and April 1, 2009 . For travel between Boston and Florida , travel must take place between January 12, 2009 and February 28, 2009 . For travel to Bogota , travel must take place between January 29, 2009 and April 1, 2009 . For all other city pairs, travel must take place between January 12, 2009 and April 1, 2009 . Travel must be completed by April 1, 2009 . For travel to/from Aruba , Bermuda , Cancun , Nassau , and/or St. Maarten , travel must take place on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and/or Sunday.
