For travel between Boston and Florida , travel must take place between January 12, 2009 and February 28, 2009 . For travel to Bogota , travel must take place between January 29, 2009 and April 1, 2009 . For all other city pairs, travel must take place between January 12, 2009 and April 1, 2009 . Travel must be completed by April 1, 2009 . For travel to/from Aruba , Bermuda , Cancun , Nassau , and/or St. Maarten , travel must take place on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and/or Sunday. For travel to Bogota , travel must take place on Tuesday and/or Wednesday. For all other city pairs, travel must take place on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and/or Saturday. All fares are subject to change without notice. Fares are only available for flights booked at jetblue.com. Travel costs $15 more per person if purchased by telephone or at an airport or city ticket office. Fares require up to a 7-day advance purchase.
