Goodrich Appoints President, Engine Components
CHARLOTTE, N.C. , Jan. 30, 2009 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Goodrich Corporation (NYSE: GR) has appointed Daphne Falletti as President of its Engine Components business unit. Falletti, formerly vice president of Airbus programs for Goodrich's Aerostructures business, will report to Jack Carmola , Segment President, Actuation and Landing Systems. Falletti replaces Bob Yancey who now leads Goodrich's Engine Control and Electrical Power Systems business unit.
Commenting on the changes, Carmola said, "Daphne has made a strong contribution to our Aerostructures business. Her 22 years of experience in a variety of roles at Goodrich including operations, engineering and program management, together with her extensive experience directly with our customers, provide her with a solid foundation as she transitions into her new position."
Falletti joined Goodrich's Aerostructures team in 1987, and has held positions of increasing responsibility and leadership within the business. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the
