DFW INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT, Texas , March 17 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- DFW International Airport is welcoming Spring Break by celebrating Customer Appreciation Week, thanking customers for flying DFW and offering parking deals and new amenities throughout the Airport's five terminals. And on Wednesday, the UFood Grill makes its debut at DFW (Terminal B, Gate 8) with a wide range of flavorful globally-influenced menu items that meet healthy guidelines. UFood Grill features a highly customizable set of offerings and prepares all of its entrees by baking, grilling or steaming.

"DFW is responding to what our passengers tell us they want, which is healthy eating options that taste great," said Ken Buchanan , executive vice president for revenue management. "Our Concessions team has earned worldwide recognition for making DFW an outstanding place to eat and shop, and you can clearly see why when you taste the great new offerings we've brought in so far this year."
