Milwaukee General Mitchell International Airport Launches eNOTAMs Integration on PASSUR OPSnet

June 11, 2009

Part of a Program That Has Resulted in Fewer Diversions, Secondary Deicings, and Cancellations for Carriers

GREENWICH, Conn. , June 11 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- PASSUR Aerospace, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: PSSR) announced today that Milwaukee General Mitchell International Airport has launched the first integration between PASSUR OPSnet Field Condition Report (FCR) module and the Flight Services eNOTAMs system. This major enhancement allows for more effective decisions in operational areas with significant financial impacts - such as push-back, deicing, diversion and fuel-on-board - through immediate and timely awareness of both official NOTAMs and other critical information.

"The airport stakeholders really appreciate the way MKE uses the system to disseminate up-to-date airport operational information; there's no doubt in my mind that we have helped airlines significantly, both in reducing delays and preventing diversions," said Terry Blue , Deputy Airport Director, Milwaukee General Mitchell International Airport. "The eNOTAMs integration will provide for more rapid dissemination of NOTAM information, ensure uniformity of messages because the information being sent to Flight Services and the airport stakeholders are one and the same, and simplify the communication's specialist's role."

"We've reached another milestone in enhancing our customers' financial well-being through this innovative field condition information, so critical to effective traffic management," said Jim Barry , President and CEO of PASSUR Aerospace. "Airports and airlines are increasingly relying on our network of information to allow them to make better, financially sound operational decisions in traffic management."

PASSUR FCR with eNOTAMS:

-- Ensures that all users are alerted, online and by email, to a changed NOTAM as soon as it is submitted - ensuring that tactical decisions in quick-changing operations like summer convective SWAP, snow and ice are made to minimize cost and passenger disruption.

-- Includes critical non-NOTAM information, like runway configuration, tenant advisories, construction updates, and instant messaging from airport operations, for the complete decision-making picture.

-- Allows the airport to communicate its intent much more effectively than it can through a NOTAM alone, so operators can make more informed decisions.

-- Links everyone into a national network of airline and airport FCR users - so conditions at any one facility are made available to all, part of the growing network of PASSURs now installed at 110 locations worldwide. PASSUR FCR with eNOTAMs at subscribing airports is available to all airline users worldwide upon request, at no added charge.

-- Is a critical component of PASSUR's Air Traffic Management System, which allows airlines and airports to create and store System performance baselines and benchmarks in order to measure System efficiency, through alerts and advance predictors of deteriorating performance.

-- Is a critical component of the PASSUR Airport Operations System, providing airport ramp tower, operations and communication centers the alerts, decision support, planning and analysis tools they need to run a more efficient and safe operation, and the web platform for cost-effective communication, coordination and collaboration with all the airport's key constituencies.
