AirTran Airways Launches New Service in Knoxville, Tenn.

ORLANDO, Fla. , June 12 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- AirTran Airways, a subsidiary of AirTran Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: AAI), today launched daily nonstop flights from Knoxville McGhee Tyson Airport in Knoxville, Tenn. , to Orlando International Airport in Orlando, Fla. , with University of Tennessee men's basketball coach Bruce Pearl on hand to kick off the celebration.
