Aviation leaders to meet in Lexington

Sep. 30--About 225 aviation industry leaders are expected in Lexington from Sunday to Tuesday to attend a conference on airline industry trends and forecasts for the year ahead.

The Boyd Group International, a leading aviation research and consulting firm, is holding the conference, its 14th annual Boyd Group Aviation Forecast Conference, with Blue Grass Airport and the Lexington Convention and Visitors Bureau as local hosts.

The event, at the Griffin Gate Marriott Resort and Spa, will include sessions on air traffic and passenger projections, global airliner demand, and legislation affecting the aviation industry.
