CLEVELAND --
A new J.D. Power and Associates study ranked Cleveland Hopkins Airport near the bottom of its medium sized airport rankings.
Passengers said seating comfort and ease of moving through the airport along with basic amenities not being met.
Cleveland ranked 15th out of 21 airports that move 10 million to 30 million passengers a year.
Based on a thousand point ranking system, Cleveland earned 675.
