Allegiant Announces Nonstop, Low-Cost Travel Service Between Elmira and Fort Lauderdale With Introductory $64.99* Fares

ELMIRA, N.Y., Sept. 22 /PRNewswire/ -- Allegiant (Nasdaq: ALGT) today announced new, nonstop jet service between Elmira, N.Y., and Fort Lauderdale, Fla., will begin Nov. 19. The company, known for its exceptional travel deals, will introduce the new service to New York's Southern Tier and Pennsylvania's Northern Tier with fares as low as $64.99* one-way.

The new flights will operate twice weekly between Elmira Corning Regional Airport (ELM) and Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport (FLL), with service Monday and Friday. Flights will depart Elmira at 7:30 p.m. arriving in Fort Lauderdale at 10:30 p.m. Flights leaving Fort Lauderdale will depart at 4:10 p.m. arriving in Elmira at 6:50 p.m. (all flight times are local). The carrier will utilize a full-size, 150-seat MD-80 jet aircraft on the route. The company also offers low-cost, nonstop service to Orlando from Elmira.
