July 28, 2011

Atlantic Aviation announced today that it has entered into an agreement to purchase the FBO assets of Oregon based Flightcraft Inc. at the Portland International and Eugene airports. The FBOs are being sold by the Pape’ Group, Inc.

“We are pleased to be expanding our footprint of FBO locations into the Pacific Northwest” said Louis Pepper, CEO of the industry leading FBO operator. “Flightcraft has an excellent reputation throughout the industry and we feel fortunate to be able to step in as the owner of these fine operations.”

Pepper said that Atlantic will continue to provide the full range of aviation services that Flightcraft is known for including maintenance and avionics.

The transaction is scheduled to close at the end of August, 2011, pending receipt of consents from the two airport authorities.
