Construction of New Avocet Hangar is Right on Schedule

Orlando, FL – December 8, 2010 – Construction of a new 55,000 sq. ft. hangar at the Orlando-Sanford International Airport remains on schedule. The new hanger should be completed by January 31st, 2011 and will ready for Avocet Aviation Services to assume occupancy at that time. The new facility will be a full-service, commercial aircraft maintenance operation at the airport.

November Updates on Avocet’s New 55,000 sq. ft. Hangar Construction

Most of the hangar exterior work has been completed and focus has now shifted inside where construction has concentrated on build-out of office and shop areas, interior lighting, electrical service, plumbing and painting. Specific items include: • Roof and walls of hangar, office, and shop are completed and windows installed • Exterior painting of building • Hanging overhead lights in the hangar • Assembling and installing hangar doors • Installing Lightning Protection and Fire Suppression Systems • Electrical Inspection Completed • Plumbing Inspection Completed • All Windows Installed • All Stucco Completed
