2011 AirSports Expo China to be Launched in Laiwu

BEIJING, Sept. 19, 2011 /PRNewswire-Asia/ -- Gathered via Aero Sports Federation of China, 2011 AirSports Expo China is launching in Laiwu, a tourism city in China.

Organized by General Administration of Sport of China, the People's Government of Shandong Province and the Aviation Industry Corporation of China, 2011 AirSports Expo China is the largest, most distinctive air sports exposition in China, held by Aero Sports Federation of China, Sports Bureau of Shandong Province, the People's Government of Laiwu City and AVIC Culture Co., Ltd. Supported by FAI and other international organizations, the Expo is presented as a professional and unique air sports exposition for the world.

AirSports Expo China has been held annually during China International Aviation and Sports Festival. It was to become the largest, most professional exposition in China. At the time, Laiwu was the first choice for air sports equipment; Zhuhai was the first choice for large aircrafts. The Expo aims to foster influential air sports manufacture, design and assembly bases to drive development of air sports equipment industry, and accelerate restructuring of local economy and transforming of economic development mode.

2011 AirSports Expo China will be held in the Aviation Theme Park, Xueye Tourist Area, Laiwu City, Shandong Province, September 24-28, 2011. There will be a 15,000 sqm indoor exhibition and 20,000 sqm outdoor exhibition. A professional exhibition service agency will provide timely, careful and efficient services for all domestic and foreign exhibitors and visitors. The Expo is the only professional exposition in China that provides static demonstration, dynamic performance and interactive experience.

There will be nearly 800 air sports fans from over 20 countries participating in stunt flying, parachuting, light aircraft, hot air balloon, model airplane and other performances. More than 100 seaplane, light aircraft, flight training device and air sports equipment manufacturers will attend the exposition to exhibit a total of 350 aircrafts.

Watch high level air sports competitions and performances by top-end international stunt aircraft performance teams, over 300 aircrafts and nearly 1000 players in the China International Aviation and Sports Festival held at the same time. The Festival and the Expo work together to provide a most memorable air sports event.
