Following NBAA, the G90XT will embark on a demonstration tour in the United States where it can be seen and experienced for the first time.

CLEVELAND, OHIO, Wednesday, October 11, 2017 – Nextant Aerospace, builders of the 400XTi, G90XT, and newly announced Challenger 604XT, announced at their NBAA Press Conference that the G90XT Certification effort is now complete.

“When we launched the G90XT program, we had an opportunity to be the first company to deliver on the full potential of this great airframe by providing technology that operators have been waiting years for,” stated Nextant Executive, Jay Heublein. “The King Air family is the most successful business aviation platform in the history of our industry but it has long lacked the technology that the jet market has benefitted from over the last decade.”

Following the completion of the flight test program, Nathan Market, VP of Flight Operations and lead test pilot for Nextant stated, “The combination of single lever power control technology, the fully integrated GARMIN G- 1000 cockpit and the new digital pressurization system delivers the most advanced combination of technology I’ve ever seen in a turbo prop.” Captain Marker went on to offer, “This aircraft will bring a level of simplicity, which in my mind will drive overall safety, to the turbo prop market that operators will benefit from for years to come.”

In addition to the advanced flight deck, the G90XT benefits from a 20 knot increase in speed at altitude and as importantly, features an all new cabin designed by Nextant. The interior provides a bespoke level of refinement not previously seen in the turbo prop market that enhances the overall passenger experience. The G90XT also features an all new environmental system with the ability to significantly enhance both ground and in-flight cooling capability for added passenger comfort.

Following NBAA, the G90XT will embark on a demonstration tour in the United States where it can be seen and experienced for the first time. Consult the Nextant website for future details surrounding the demo tour.
