Hong Kong, Oct. 30, 2023 - Asia Airfreight Terminal (AAT), a subsidiary of SATS Ltd, is pleased to announce that it has been named ‘Cold Chain Service Provider of the Year - Asia Pacific’ at the prestigious 10th Payload Asia Awards. This recognition demonstrates the confidence Hong Kong customers have in AAT’s ability to handle perishable and pharmaceutical airfreight cargo to the highest standards.

The AAT COOLPORT is a purpose-built facility in the SATS ecosystem, replicating Asia’s first cold chain facility SATS COOLPORT at Singapore Changi Airport. The facility's unique features, such as temperature-controlled truck docks with dock shelters, on-site x-ray screening at the correct ambient temperature, multi-tiered temperature zones down to -28°C, ensure the integrity and efficiency of the cold chain process.
