Aerosim Flight Academy Now Hiring Certificated Flight Instructors

July 15, 2016

Aerosim Flight Academy is recruiting highly motivated Certificated Flight Instructors (CFI) for its Sanford and Jacksonville, Fla., campus locations. A new hire sign-on bonus of $10,000, as well as, training credit is offered for additional ratings based on contract commitment.

“Earning the CFI designation is the first step toward becoming a commercial airline pilot. With an anticipated global shortfall of 1 million new commercial airline pilots and aviation professionals in the next 20 years, flight instructors are in high demand,” said President and General Manager Aerosim Flight Academy Hank Coates.

Aerosim Flight Academy addresses this exponential demand by offering advanced digital technology to match the learning requirements of a new generation of professional pilots.  Aerosim continues to challenge the status quo of aviation training to make flight training more effective and cost-efficient through the design of innovative mobile solutions that provide greater knowledge retention and performance during on-site training.

With bases at the Orlando Sanford International Airport and in Jacksonville, the academy provides Part 141 and 61 training from Private through ATP in C-172, SR-20, PA-44, and PA-28R aircraft.

“Our instructors have many opportunities for advancement, as well as, an attractive pay structure and bonus program,” Coates adds. “Additionally, we provide a fast-track to the airlines and lifetime pilot placement assistance. Due to our airline-focused training, Jet Transition program and relationships with regional airlines, Aerosim flight instructors are highly employable and well-positioned for success.”
