Rectrix Aviation Names New General Manager at Bedford, MA Aerodrome

It has named Chris Shewokis the General Manager of the Rectrix Aerodrome Center at Hanscom Field (KBED).

(March 3, 2016) – Rectrix Aviation, a provider of premium jet charters, aircraft management, aircraft maintenance and fixed-based operations services, today named Chris Shewokis the General Manager of the Rectrix Aerodrome Center at Hanscom Field (KBED).

As General Manager for Rectrix at KBED, Shewokis will be responsible for overseeing all of the Rectrix Aerodrome Center’s day-to-day operations associated with serving corporate and private aviation customers. This includes line operations, aircraft fueling and fuel sales, aircraft storage (short and long term hangar leases) and management of the facility. Shewokis will also be responsible for the hiring and training of all line service technicians and customer service representatives.

Shewokis comes to Rectrix after having been the duty manager at Signature Flight Support at KBED, where he was responsible for essential company processes including project management and leading a team of thirty employees. Shewokis also worked in numerous roles including being a General Aviation Supervisor and a Dispatch and Line Manager at Mercury Air Center, Raytheon Aircraft Services and Executive Flyers Aviation. He resides in the Sandown, NH with his wife and children.
