TULSA, Okla. (June 5, 2017) – NORDAM CEO Meredith Siegfried Madden today announced Raegen Siegfried has been named vice president of HushWorks, the company’s advanced-development projects effort.

Since 2015, he has served as the program’s director, leading the pursuit of new technologies to integrate into future manufacturing processes and products.

“It is with great pleasure that I am sending this announcement,” Madden said in an internal memo to all company stakeholders. “We know Raegen has the talent and dedication to help us bring new and better products to market more rapidly.”

During his time as HushWorks director, he worked to leverage NORDAM’s proprietary WeatherMASTER® technology with expansion of its satcom-radome business in the high-growth, in-flight entertainment and connectivity market. He also coordinated the company’s first laboratory test program with OSU-Tulsa, and first academic collaboration – aimed at product innovation – with ESTEEM master’s program at Notre Dame University. As part of his new role, he will assist in mapping NORDAM’s participation in the new Boeing mid-size aircraft initiative.

Siegfried’s other aerospace experience includes past positions with Goodrich and United Technologies, and as part of the NORDAM team in Singapore, where he supported airlines in Indonesia, Japan and the Philippines.

He is a board member for Flight Night, a not-for-profit fundraising gala supporting STEM education in northeastern Oklahoma. He was a member of Leadership Oklahoma Class 30, volunteers as a mentor and judge in a variety of regional and international business-plan competitions, and is an active investor dedicated to start-up business growth through early-stage investment. He also is an advisor for Last Night’s Game and for Jester King Brewery in Texas.

Siegfried graduated from the University of Notre Dame with a Bachelor of Science in entrepreneurial management and international business, and later earned a Master of Business Administration from Arizona State University.
