Chromalloy Appoints Jim Guiliano to Lead Newly Formed Asset Management Services Strategic Business Unit

PALM BEACH GARDENS, FLORIDA, February 25, 2016 – Chromalloy today announced the formation of a new Strategic Business Unit - Asset Management Services - and the appointment of an experienced industry executive to lead the new aircraft engine trading, exchange, overhaul, and leasing enterprise.

Asset Management Services will encompass the existing Chromalloy Material Solutions business while adding a wide range of services which include an investment and trading platform, pooling and leasing platform and commercial and technical advisory services.  The product range will include mid-life and mature engine and aircraft families.

Before joining Chromalloy, Guiliano was the Executive Vice President of International Aero Engines (IAE), a role in which he led the company as the senior Pratt & Whitney executive.  Prior to that, he held senior roles within Pratt & Whitney, including Vice President, Global Customer Service & Service Programs and Vice President of Pratt & Whitney’s $2B Global Engine Maintenance Center organization.  He also worked extensively in Asia, where he led the large engine MRO Eagle Services Asia, a joint venture with Singapore Airlines and Turbine Overhaul Services, a Singapore Technologies Aerospace joint venture.  He began his career as a U.S. Naval Officer and holds a Bachelor of Science from the U.S. Naval Academy and an MBA from the Harvard Business School.
