In 2021 Becker Avionics and Iris Automation partnered to increase the situational awareness of general aviation pilots and advance uncrewed aerial vehicle (UAV) safety.
At Heli-Expo, they'll be demonstrating their jointly developed safety enhancing equipment system to detect and warn pilots of nearby, potentially threatening aircraft.
Iris Automation vice presidents Lori DeMatteis and Jason Hardy-Smith and Becker Avionics sales director David Oglesbee will all be attending.
