In March of this In March of this year, Helicopter Foundation International (HFI) commissioned a study by the University of North Dakota to evaluate the supply and demand of pilots and mechanics in the helicopter industry. The study projects significant shortages of both pilots and maintenance technicians over the next 18 years.
Let’s work together to create action plans to address the reasons for the shortages and ensure that our industry has a high-quality, sustainable workforce.
