Video borescopes Product From General Tools & Instruments: Aircraft maintenance technicians now have even more reason to appreciate the high-performance wireless recording vVideo borescope system (DCS1800) and high-performance recording video borescope system (DCS1600) from General Tools & Instruments (General®). With more than 15 probe options now available for each system including different probe types, diameters, lengths, and viewing angles, the DCS1800 and DCS1600 have the versatility to handle virtually any inspection application. Proper borescope inspections during routine maintenance can shorten aircraft downtimes and safely detect service requirements. They save time and money by enabling the precision inspection of small, densely packed, or remote internal areas without the need for disassembly. Each comes standard with a slim 5.5 mm (0.22 inch) diameter, 1 m (3.28 feet) long flexible-obedient, front view camera probe that is water, oil and dust proof to IP67 standards. This standard probe features a depth of field of 10 to 300mm (0.4 to 12 in.) and four adjustable super-strength white LEDs that yield superior image resolution. The SeekerTM 400 Wireless, Data Logging Video Inspection System Product From General Tools & Instruments: This Video Inspection System is a fully featured video scope that includes a detachable, 3.5 inch (89 mm) color LCD monitor designed for remote viewing as far as 32.8 feet (10m) away. The monitor includes a magnetic base for easy mounting on a metallic surface. It allows the user to record either still images (jpeg) or up to three hours of video (avi) in either NTSC or PAL format. Images and video are stored on the included 1GB micro SD card and can be outputted to a remote monitor or computer via the included video and USB cables. A choice of 10 menu languages is provided. The DCS400 features a 17 mm (0.67 inch) diameter flexible, camera-tipped probe with built-in, adjustable, high intensity, LED lighting.
