Deicing Fluid Collection

Product From Nexgen Process Systems

The T300 is the smallest deicing fluid collection unit offered by NexGen Process Systems. Small in size, big on performance, the T300 uses a positive displacement vacuum to collect up to 100 gallons per minute of spent de-icing fluid in a 6-foot wide path. Powered by a reliable Kubota 29-hp diesel engine, the T300 can be towed by any tug, tractor or truck equipped with a standard pintle hitch.

Catch Basin Inserts

Product From Nexgen Process Systems

NexGen Isolator Catch Basin Inserts provide positive control containment of deicing fluids just below the surface of the airside-rated grate, mitigating chances for glycol to seep into construction joints. Keeping spent deicing at the surface simplifies collection procedures with mobile collection units, allowing operators to drive over the grates to vacumm them out. A small stinger wand can be inserted in the grate to complete the final clean up. Switching back from surface containment to storm water discharge is quick and easy. From the surface, turn a driver key six times to quickly open the value. Use the Isolator Catch Basin Inserts to get simple, effective control of your spent deicing fluids and ramp into your ELG compliance level.
