American Armature manufatures the Nitro series high-output alternators, the Nitro series alternator can produce up tp 170 amps at idle and well over 220 amps at higher engine RPMs. All Nitros are manufactured new with heavy-duty components. Nitro series alternators are designed as direct bolt-on replacements. Additional mounting brackets and harnesses are not required.
