What drives their passion? How did they get into the industry? What obstacles have they overcome?
Where have they gotten training? Are they still taking classes to learn more, to achieve more?
What have their actions meant to companies they’ve worked for?
Do they excel in training, mentoring, keeping aircraft airworthy, team building, creating better safety procedures, or customer service?
We need to know the details so we can recognize the best of the Next Gen Maintenance professionals.
