Terry Bosserman began his career with Bosserman Aviation Equipment (BAE) in 1994 working part time disassembling second hand aircraft refuelers prior to refurbishment. He also spent time in facilities maintenance prior to working in the parts department as a counter clerk and then the paint shop in paint prep. After graduating from the University of Toledo with Bachelor’s degrees in Entrepreneurship and Electronic Commerce, Bosserman began working full time for Bosserman Aviation Equipment in their test bay. During this time, he was able to increase his understanding of the design and operation of aircraft refueling equipment. 

Bosserman was promoted into BAE’s parts sales department in 2001 and by 2002 was managing all aspects of parts sales as well as the warranty department. Bosserman was able to increase annual parts sales totals from $400,000 to more than $2,500,000 by 2005. In 2006 he was promoted to used aircraft refueler sales and then vice president of sales in 2008. From 2008 to 2011, Terry was able to increase new and refurbished aircraft refueler sales by more than 40 percent annually. 

Total aircraft refueler sales in 2011 topped $20,000,000 for BAE. Bosserman was promoted to the position of vice president for Bosserman Aviation Equipment in late 2011 with his main focus still overseeing all aspects of sales as well as day-to-day operation of the company. He also holds the position of vice president for Bosserman Tank and Truck Equipment, a division of BAE which manufacturers vacuum, refined fuels, and water trucks.
