Keystone Helicopters receives Bell 427 STC
Keystone Helicopter Corporation has been granted an STC permitting installation of a Chelton Flight Systems’ Synthetic Vision EFIS system in Bell 427s. The STC will be available in a standard, two-screen system with a primary flight display (PFD) and multi-function display (MFD).

CRS sells 20,000th Securaplane battery
CRS Jet Spares was acknowledged by Securaplane at this year’s NBAA convention in Atlanta on its 20,000th mainship battery sold. CRS is currently a Securaplane mainship and emergency battery line distributor. Securaplane president Dave Daniels awarded a plaque acknowledging the accomplishment to CRS President Armando Leighton Jr. at the Securaplane Technologies booth.

Service center appointment
Clifford Development announces the appointment of Great Lakes Aviation AZO as a service center to support the Company’s Citation II and Citation S/II re-engining programs. The Company is in the midst of Supplemental Type Certificate (STC) development programs to re-engine Cessna Citation II (CE-550) and the Cessna Citation S/II (CE-S550) aircraft with 3000 lb thrust Williams International FJ44-3A engines.

AeroShell charitable contribution
Shell Aviation, on behalf of the AeroShell brand and the AeroShell Aerobatic team, announces that significant charitable contributions have been made to both the EAA’s Young Eagles program and to Able Flight, Inc. The contributions come from the proceeds of the popular “AeroShell Cow T-shirts” offered by AeroShell Lubricants at the recent AirVenture Oshkosh, and from the auction of rides with the AeroShell Aerobatic team, also at AirVenture Oshkosh in July.
